The Good:
- It's A free service, no risk involved.
- Easy to jump right in and use.
- Choose from any of Amazon's wide selection of products.
- Bonus commissions on some items.
- Ability to add categories, subcategories, about page, and a link back to your main site.
- Last but certainly not least, Amazon is a big name that people can trust and feel secure shopping with.
- Not very customizable.
- No option to edit meta tags etc, for search engine optimization.
- Using the product search engine to add products to your store can be a hassle. Often showing unrelated items in your search.
Overall I like it a lot. I'm certain Amazon could do better however, but e-stores are not their main focus, so we'll just have to wait and see about that. It's still a nice service, free, and easy to use. So give it a shot and come back and tell me about it.

There's a lot more you can do with an aStore, you may want to have a look at my Tutorial where you can see how to build text links and product links to spice up your website, blog or emails.
It's working for me, it can work for you too!
You make a great point roo, In relation to this post I'm speaking mostly about the A store in itself, but the text and product links have great potential and are definately an area I want to cover. Look for a follow up soon!
